Liu Jun is a Chinese painter, educator, and researcher whose work bridges traditional Chinese art, aesthetics, and the field of art and psychological healing. He is Associate Professor at Tianjin University, a graduate advisor, a national expert reviewer for graduate education and academic evaluation in China, and Visiting Professor at the School of Psychology, Shinawatra University, Thailand.
A pioneering scholar in integrating painting and calligraphy with meditative, therapeutic, and mind-body practices, Liu Jun’s work explores the relationship between art, inner consciousness, and well-being. His artistic practice combines cultural depth with a contemplative and restorative spirit.
His works have been featured in major international exhibitions, including the Venice Biennale, and have received international recognition, including the Gold Award in the China-Australia International Art Exhibition.
